The bot says "The bot can't manage the role…"

The bot's role is below that role. Drag the Reevun role higher in Server Settings → Roles.

A candidate can't apply

Recruiting is closed, they already have the family role or an open application, their last one was recently declined, or they're blacklisted.

Direct messages from the bot don't arrive

Allow direct messages from server members and turn on notifications in your profile on reevun.app.

What happens after the third warning?

Whatever is set in Settings → Warning roles: removing roles, a kick, a ban or a punishment role.
